Kendo React Gantt Task Template

I would like to be able to set a custom template for the tasks on the Gantt component but am not able to figure out how to do that. I have seen examples (both here and elsewhere online) how to handle it using the Telerik UI for JQuery library but not for KendoReact. Any assistance with this is appreciated.

Currently, the KendoReact Gantt component does not support setting a custom template for tasks. I understand how important this feature can be for customizing task appearance and content. There is an open feature request specifically for adding text to the summary rows of the Gantt, which is closely related to custom task templates:

I have added your vote to this request, and we are actively evaluating the level of interest. The most wanted features are planned for implementation and release in a future version of the packages.
