Kendo Pager numeric page icons out of alignment with navigation arrows

I've attached a PNG that shows my issue. I have inspected it with Chrome's debugging tools and cannot seem to find the issue.

This control is within a SharePoint 2010 customized EditForm. I would be thankful for any help anyone can give.

If for any reason you cannot see th image the pager basically looks like this.

Hello Robert,

Please compare the pager element styles applied in your application with the ones on this online demo:

http://demos.kendoui.com/web/listview/index.html

There should be some difference, for example there may be a clear:left style defined for <ul> elements in your case (this is just an assumption, the problem may be completely different).

If you cannot find anything reasonable, please provide a live URL or a runnable demo.
