Hello,
I have used kendo calendar control in my application and it shows up improper dates. However, after selecting the date, it shows-up correctly in the associated text-box. Please refer attachment to have a better idea on the issue.
Kindly suggest any solution/am i missing something here?
Thanks.

Hello Vaibhav,
I am not quite sure what causes the illustrated issue. Could you please provide a small runnable example which demonstrates your current implementation? This way I would be able to check what exactly is going wrong and provide concrete recommendations. Thank you in advance.

Thanks Iliana. I'm using kendo calendar in a client application which is built on durandal framework and having custom knockout bindings. Creating a sample app would be a bit difficult and time consuming, I'd really appreciate if its possible to sync-up live and will show you in the main application itself. Please let me know.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hello Vaibhav,
I understand that preparing a sample app might take some time, but we still prefer to see your code beforehand for a number of reasons - in this way our assistance will be more effective and we will be able to assign the most suitable person to the case.
Moreover, our experience shows that in almost all cases the issue is resolved after sending the runnable example. For more information and instructions how to isolate a case, please check this blog post.

On a side note, are you by any chance using knockout-kendo? If yes, I would like to remind you that this product is not developed nor maintained by Kendo staff members. This blog post gives more details on the subject.

Hello Dnyaneshwar,
I am afraid that what you would to achieve is not supported. Actually this limitation is not Kendo related - it is not possible to access the device calendar application from JavaScript.
If you plan to pack and distribute your application with PhoneGap you may check the Phonegap-Calendar-Plugin-android. Please note that it works only for Android.
I hope the information will help.

Hi Dnyaneshwar,
The plug-in that you found looks promising.
On a side note I would like to remind you that PhoneGap plug-ins are not part of the Kendo UI framework and respectively are not maintained nor supported by Kendo UI team. If you have any concrete questions regarding Calendar plug-ins I suggest you to contact their authors.
Thank you in advance for the understanding.
