Hi,
I dont know if this is already available, but, is there a way to search the support tickets for issues I may have ? Or are they available somewhere to be searched ? That might be another valuable resource when searching the regular forum for problems ?
Please disregard this if the support issues and fixes are included in the forum searches, or are available somewhere.
thanks

Hello IQworks,
You can check the Public Issue Tracking System.

Hi Atanas,
I looked at that page. It seems it only shows "Bug Fixes" and "Requests for new Features".
I was thinking more along the following lines .....
1 - I submit a support ticket.
2 - The support team fixes it. (It may not be a bug - it might be just the proper way to code something).
3 - I mark as resolved.
If someone else has the same problem, it would help if they could see this when they search for the forum ?
I just looked for a fix that support gave me. i thought it was one that others might need. I looked in the "Public issue tracking", but did not see it ? I even looked in the "Your tracked issues" column and didnt even see past support ticket issues that I submitted ?
But, thanks as always, I didnt know about this page anyway.

Hi IQworks,
Fixed issues appear in the release notes of the build that addressed the problem. If the team decides to make an issue public it will appear in PITS too. I suggest you check the what is PITS page.

Hi Atanas,
Thanks for this page as well.
But i am not really speaking about "Bug Fixes" or "Request for Features".
I have had support tickets fixed that were niether of those. The support ticket may have been fixed by examples of a better way to code an issue. But, it was an ISSUE none the less.
THESE are the issues I am refering to ? Because these are support ticket items, they may not appear in the regular forum. But, they still could be issues that people are searching the regular forum to find ?
Please excuse me if I am not being clear ?
thanks as always

Hi IQworks,
Support tickets are not visible to anyone but the customer who opened it. There is no way to make a support ticket public because this could disclose classified data - databases, passwords etc. If you want to share solutions with the community - use the forum.
