is scroller supposed to work on windows phone?

I have a page that incorporate the scroller and it seems not to be working on windows phone 7.5 in internet explorer.

is it the intended behaviour?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I am afraid that Windows Phone 7.5 and Internet Explorer are not among the platforms/browsers that KendoUI Mobile supports. In this blog post you will find more information on the subject as well as an explanation of the reasons we have to not support this platform.

Currently compatible operating systems are listed at the bottom of this page. The good news are that for Q1, we'll be adding basic support for Windows Phone 8/IE10. This will include a WP8 Metro theme, updates to the Kendo UI Mobile ThemeBuilder and associated demos. For more information please see the roadmap.
