My project is relatively simple so far, but today it started crashing on IOS when testing. It loads then just crashes. Works fine on the web and then crashes when I try to launch it on IOS (test build not provisioned). It crashes back to the springboard before I can even refresh the code. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with no luck.

It seems to be an iPhone 4S issue as it works on our iphone 5's. Also runs fine on Android  2.3 on up, just crashes on the 4S. I didn't try it on a vanilla iPhone 4 yet though.

Hello Richard,

What you can also do to help identify the culprit is download the iPhone Configuration Utility and see if any errors appear on the IOS Console when you try to LiveSync? Click the clear button and try to install the app again and paste any log messages that may appear here (you can attach them as .txt files). To do this, you will need to:
  1. Have your iOS device linked to your computer;
  2. Have the problematic application deployed on the iOS device;
  3. Have the iPhone Configuration Utility program up and running;

On a side note, does the app function as expected if you deploy it directly on the device via Developer or Adhoc provision instead of using AppBuilder companion app?

Regards,
Steve
