Hello everyone, i´m trying to build an app using an AppStore distribution mobileprovision but the AppBuilder is not identifying the mobileprovision i create on IOS Dev Portal. I create a csr file, completed the request with a cer file, i´ve created a p12 file and imported all including the mobileprovision but when i´m trying to choose it no provision is showing.

What i need to do to solve this problem?

I wanna create an app to install in many phones but without need to register the UDID of the phone.

Can someone help me pls?

And sorry if i putted this in the wrong place.

Hello Decco,

We are sorry for the delay in our response. Due to your support request being filed under an incorrect product and national holidays in Bulgaria, we have not been able to identify and address your issue earlier. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Judging by your report, you might be hitting any of these cases.
  • You are trying to pick your provision from the wrong wizard
The App Store provisioning profile will be listed only under the Publish wizard. It is filtered out from the Build wizard.
Your current subscription plan, however, prevents you from running the Publish operation. You need to either upgrade using one of the options here or here, or resort to another tool for building and code signing your app.
  • The App ID in your provisioning profile does not match the App ID set in your Project Properties
This would cause AppBuilder to not show or not let you use your provisioning profile. You can correct this by opening the Project Properties and fixing the App ID in the General tab to match the one in the provisioning profile.
Again, even if you correct this, due to your subscription plan restrictions you will not be able to run the Publish operation which lets you code sign your app with an App Store provisioning profile.

Thank you for your patience. Let us know if you need further help.
