Kendo Validator provides an opportunity for changing the default validation messages with custom ones. In the corresponding documentation you can find code samples that demonstrate the syntax.

Actually I did know that I can use custom messages. Please regard my post as a suggestion to enhance Kendo. It is simply a question of which is the best message for the situation. I think that my message better shows a user what is wrong with his input. If you also think so, then please change the message, If you think that the current message is perfect, I will not try to convince you.
