Need an upgrade from Kendo UI version 2016.3.914 to 2022.1.11.9 (R1 2022)

Doubts- do I need a commercial license for it?

and How can I get the Kendo UI for jQuery bundle (including js, css and other files) for this specific version not the latest one?

Hello, Anand,

Please refer to this section of our documentation about the license question. Regarding the scripts and css files, once you have purchased a license, you should be able to see a version dropdown in the Download section in your Telerik Account which allows you to download versions different than the latest one. In case you are currently using a trial license, you should be seeing only the latest version in that dropdown.
