I am having application in Silverlight by using telerik conrols. When ever I am trying to open site in desktop version IE10 in windows8.Getting Silverlight logo(Install Microsoft silver light) message. To overcome this problem, I have written meta tag in .aspx page. Still same issue is repeating. I have already installed Silverlight4.0 .Make sure this problem is coming in windows8 desktop version IE10.
