How to open split button items list on onButtonClick

Hi,

How to open split button items list on onButtonClick.

I want to be able to see the list of the click of the button in the highlighted portion in the below attachment

Currently, this can be done by programmatically changing the internal state of the Split Button:

Also, I can make this item public, so we expose an official prop that will control the open state of the button.
