Hi,
Fiddler does not presently offer migration. Having said that, if you copy the %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Fiddler2 folder to the other PC, and export/import the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Fiddler2 registry branch (using Regedit.exe) to the target PC, all relevant settings will be moved.

Just adding you can tweak the aforementioned registry key to put that Fiddler2 folder under the program's path itself, which makes it easier for migration.
