I'm trying to get a list of images from url.
How could I make it be lazy loading ? I want to do this : while users scrolling the list, images load one by one.
Does DataBoundListBox support it ?

For your scenario you don't need to do anything. Instead I would recommend examining the demo named "pull to refresh" which demonstrates this functionality with the databound listbox control.

Yes, RadDataBoundListBox does support lazy loading. If you are a beginner or havent used it before then you may have a look at this comprehensive tutorial to use lazy loading with telerik controls for windows phone http://wtuts.me/LazyLoading
