How to keep tooltip open when clicking next to it?

At the moment when I click next to tooltip, it auto closes, how to disable that behaviour?

Is it possible to do it without the flag?

For example, is there a way to find out the reason for hiding from the hide(e) event parameter e? Maybe it has some explaining subfields or source of hiding or something similar?
