Hello Sekhar,

Thank you for contacting us.

To access older versions, log into your telerik.com account. Choose the product from your "Products and Subscriptions" menu. From there choose "Download installer and other resources'. On the appropriate product, choose the "Previous Versions" option. This will give you a download list of all previous versions you have access to.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this or if I can be of additional assistance.

Regards,
Joseph

This has apparently changed. I don't see these options on the site. Can you provide updated instructions?

Specifically, I am looking for the 2014Q1 version of WinForms controls. I was forced to rebuild my computer and only the current version is available from the installer. All of our code is 2014Q1. I'm not opposed to upgrading, but the timing just isn't good right now.

Thanks.

Never mind, I found it.

To be more specific, log in to your Telerik account, then look for the "Hi, <your name>" menu at the top. This is a dropdown menu, choose Account Overview. From there, follow the provided instructions for the Products & Subscriptions menu.

The option you mention to  "Download installer and other resources' under the "Products and Subscriptions" menu doesn't exist for me.  You all must have changed it to somewhere else.  Please let me know where to find it?  Thank you.

I have the valid license.  The option wasn't there and then it was after I opened a support ticket.  Thank you.

Hello,

In order to download an older version of the tools, you will need to have a full license and to also be assigned a license. When you are assigned a license, you can download the older version of the tools using the below instructions.

To access older versions, log into your telerik.com account. Choose the product from your "Products and Subscriptions" menu. From there choose "Download installer and other resources'. On the appropriate product, choose the "Previous Versions" option. This will give you a download list of all previous versions you have access to.

Generally, if you do not see the blue download button you are likely not assigned a license. If you do not think this is the case, please submit a support ticket so we can research your case individually.
