How to change style using conditional formatting

I have two groups one in onother, first groups concerns column D  and, other concerns column C under the group that concerns D.
What i wantto do is to make all the fields of record(whole line) bold, when the record's Date column is null as follows:

(*) SUM of the field A  actually, and so is 0.00 next to this field.

So how can i do this?
