I am wanting to change the design of the form from the basic icon/name/title bar to a modified one, similar to the one in the telerik demo's application.
for instance i want to change from the look of screenshot 1, to the look of screenshot 2.
Obviously not exactly like this, I just want to be able to modify the look. I've searched for the visual style builder info and all the videos are just focused on a button and a calender.
Any direction would be helpful!

Thank you for contacting us.
Even though Telerik controls are highly flexible when it comes to appearance, this particular layout customization is quite complex and is out of the scope of any tool we have. I can provide you with the concrete example from our Demos which does this, however I cannot give you any guidelines, since they highly depend on the particular design you are after.
Please have a look at the attached sample project which illustrates the approach we used in our Demos' main form. You will be able to find information about the controls used in the Designer.cs file.

always when i download a example or something from this site i get bunch of errors... are you playing with people or what

I kindly ask you to keep the conversation in the standard business tone of language. Using offensive words will neither get you faster replies, nor better solutions. Please have that in mind while writing posts.
Getting to the issue at hand, have you noticed that the thread is from 2010? The attached project is set up to work with the current version of that time, i.e. 2010.2 10.713. However, removing the VistaTheme from the designer.cs file of the ShapedForm will make the project work with our latest release. For your convenience I have attached a modified version of the application. I hope you will find it useful.
Please note that we upgrade projects attached to forum posts on request. So, if you experience issues with attachment, please write and we will upgrade the project for you.
