How to change checkbox background color

I have a radgridview that I want to change the background color of check box columns like the attached file.

Please, could you help me.

Hello Bang,

Thank you for writing and for the attached screen shot.

You can achieve this style by handling the CellFormatting event and setting the back color of the column there. You can find more information on this event in the CellFormatting help section on our site.
