Im looking at this example

I see where its uisng a partial view called Date.cshtml and its specifying some custome attributes.
How is the main view picking up this information? I dont see a partial view referencing the "Date.cshtml"?
I want to do something similar, but I need to set several attributes on the datepicker as its rendered.
Help?
