How do I update from Kendo UI for MVC Beta to Q2 2012

I have started a project using Kendo UI for MVC BETA and now I would like to upgrade the project to the new non Beta release. What steps do I follow to perform the upgrade? My understanding is that I copy the new js and css files in but do I do this from within VS? Do I delete the old files first? Thanks for any help on this.

This is a great question.  It seems to me that the MVC wrappers are now a separately licensed product??  If I go to "My Account" page, it says I can upgrade to Kendo UI Complete for ASP.Net MVC for an easy payment of  $499.  WTF?  

Anyone know what's going on here?

Yes, they did change the bundling packages with the last release. I did post the same question on Stack Overflow and answered the question myself if you need to upgrade. Here is the link.
