How can i convert valueAxis from 1e-2 to 10-2 in the following plot?

Hello Yoo,

Customizing the valueAxis labels is possible by using a template. It can be set to either a string or a function. 

http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/dataviz/ui/chart#configuration-valueAxis.labels.template

Inside the template you can use custom logic which will format the value in the desired way.
