There is not a restriction on the number of hierarchical levels you can add to RadGridView. The attached sample project contains three nested hierarchical templates. You can easily extend the number of levels using another GridViewTemplate and GridViewRelation. More information about hierarchical grid can be found under the Hierarchical Grid section in our online documentation.
