I have proble in Hierarchical grid. i use the function to load the data in master tamplate of grid but i want to call it when i click on plus market in grid and befor that just create the column not bounding to data.
How can I do this.?

Hello,
If I understand you correctly, you would like to load the child data only when clicking on the + sign for the master record. If this is correct, then please have a look at this help topic on using the 'load on demand' feature of the RadGridView
