Hi Saman,
Thank you for writing.
The provided details are not enough for me to reproduce the experienced exception. Please provide me with the exacts steps that I need to follow in order to reproduce the issue. Additionally, you can capture a video by using this free tool - Jing.
I am looking forward to your reply.

Hi Saman,
The video just shows me the exception message, which is not enough to determine what causes it. I understand that it happens randomly and I will appreciate it if you manage to get a reproducible scenario and get back to me with it, so I can replicate the exception on my end and investigate what causes it.
On a side note, Jing offers uploading the video after capturing to ScreenCast and you can use this option to store your videos and provide links to them (see attached image).

Hi Saman,
Such an issue was already reported by another users or ours, however, our department invested quite a while in investigating the possible reasons that might cause such an issue, with no avail. The provided information in this thread is also not enough for to trace this issue down. If you manage to get a scenario which will always replicate the undesired behavior, feel free to get back to us with it, so we can investigate it and address any possible issues. Until then I am afraid that there is nothing I can do about this.
Thank you for your time and efforts.
