How to achieve the grid containing check- box for selection and textbox to get input as attached in screen.
so user will input the value in textbox and selected the row using checkbox and click save button.
I am using MVC4+kendo ui grid.

Hi Ramkumar,
I would suggest you to take a look at the following Code Library, which demonstrates how to implement a selection of Grid rows with checkboxes and preserve it between pages.
Regarding your second question, please take a look at the following documentation page, which describes the Kendo UI Templates component. I think it will be helpful for you in order to define templates with input fields for the columns.
