Grid row selection using keyboard

Hi,

I can select multiple rows in grid using the Ctrl & Mouse down.

Is it possible to select/deselect multiple rows in grid using Shift + up or down keys? if so how can i do that?

Presently, when I trying to do that, it navigates to different tab in my application.

Selecting Grid rows this way is not supported out of the box. The built in way to select multiple rows would be to navigate to the next one and press ctrl + space in order to maintain the previously selected rows. Here is a runnable example, which demonstrates this.
