I am afraid, no. Such an option has never been considered in the Kendo Vue components.
On a side note, such an option would contradict with Vue's best practices—to keep data optimized and as simple as possible. If you have such an configurable object in the data option of Vue would meen to add observable properties, which will impact the performance of the framework.
