Getting clicked-on chart element

Hi there,

Your chart documentation refers to the ability to get the DOM element associated with the series element just clicked on in the seriesClick event. However, in the example of a bar chart, it seems that the element you get is the SVG highlight element rather than the underlying bar element. I want to be able to change the style of the selected bar in the master chart in a master/detail chart scenario so is there any other way of accessing the actual bar element?

Currently it is not possible to modify a particular bar element in Kendo UI Charts and there is no suitable workaround. I've escalated this issue to our Dev team and we will definitely discuss its implementation for a future version of the widget.

I too would be interested in this functionality.  I've managed to make it work on the pie chart using the "explode" property to separate the selected pie slice from the rest of the chart.
