Freeze/Lock first radgridview column

Hi,

I have to freeze/lock first  column of radgridview control. But i m not able to do it.
By adding this:
FrozenColumnCount="1"

able to stop moving 1st column. but other column can be moved at first place.
My case is first column should be locked and no other column should be placed here.

Please suggest how to accomplish for this using RadGridView.
