Fluent theme not working.

Hello.
I am studying using the trial version to apply Telrik UI for Winform to my project.
I've tried various things to apply the theme, but only the fluent theme doesn't work. The fluent dark theme or other themes will work just fine.
All versions are 2022.2.622.40.

And, there are always two versions, 2022.2.622.20 and 2022.2.622.40, but I did not install version 20. May I know why?
(I'm using Fiddler.)

I would like to note that in the latest version of the Telerik UI for WinForms suite the Fluent theme is the default theme for the controls when dragging them from the toolbox and dropping them onto the form at design time.
The Fluent theme is now a part of the Telerik.WinControls assembly and it is statically available everywhere just like the ControlDefault theme. As a result, it is no longer necessary to instantiate the FluentTheme type.
Could you please give us more details about the difficulties that you are experiencing with the Fluent theme exactly?
