Went to try out the new theme builder with the Fluent theme and realized it was missing.  Any word on when it might show up?

Hi Ricky,

Indeed, the Fluent theme is not added in the initial release of the ThemeBuilder but our developers are working on this and the support for the new Fluent theme will be released in the upcoming weeks.

Additionally, when you played with the tool is there any other feature that is important to you and you want to see in the tool?

While examining the Fluent theme on the demo pages, I noticed that you are using different drop shadows than what is the repository.

fluentui/FluentDepths.ts at master · microsoft/fluentui (github.com)

export namespace Depths {
  export const depth0 = '0 0 0 0 transparent';
  export const depth4 = '0 1.6px 3.6px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.132), 0 0.3px 0.9px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.108)';
  export const depth8 = '0 3.2px 7.2px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.132), 0 0.6px 1.8px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.108)';
  export const depth16 = '0 6.4px 14.4px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.132), 0 1.2px 3.6px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.108)';
  export const depth64 = '0 25.6px 57.6px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.22), 0 4.8px 14.4px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.18)';
}

--kendo-box-shadow-depth-1: 0px 0.3px 0.9px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1), 0px 1.6px 3.6px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.13);
--kendo-box-shadow-depth-2: 0px 0.6px 1.8px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1), 0px 3.2px 7.2px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.13);
--kendo-box-shadow-depth-3: 0px 1.2px 3.6px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1), 0px 6.4px 14.4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.13);
--kendo-box-shadow-depth-4: 0px 4.8px 14.4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.18), 0px 25.6px 57.6px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.22);

That specifically is not related to ThemeBuilder, but was something I found when playing around with your fluent theme.

As for the ThemeBuilder, I would like to see a way to find a control type that I am looking for.  Possibly a dropdown near the undo/redo buttons, on that could list out the controls on the page so that you can click on it and quickly go to that control.

Lastly, as an Ultimate Subscriber, I am surprised that I would still need to pay for Pro on themes.  Please reconsider this option.

Indeed, the drop shadows have rounded values and the order of the values is different. In general, the visual representation of shadows should be like in the Fluent theme. I have logged this in our backlog and our Front Ends will change them for one of the next releases.

Additionally, regarding the TeamBuilder questions:

We have filtering on the Live and Edit canvases via a popup where you can select components to be shown explicitly and all others to be hidden. The popup is displayed when users click on the icon next to undo/redo icon (see attached screenshots). However, we do not have a list with all components that are direct links to drill-down views. I will forward this request to our PM for further consideration.

Regarding the inclusion of the ThemeBuilder in our Ultimate package – I will also forward this to our Product Manager.
