I make custom command for file upload and open model. click cancel and open again its give me error in console.

From the provided information I could not suggest what is the cause of the issue. Could you please share more information about the implementation on your side? I will appreciate it if you could prepare and send us an isolated runnable sample where the issue is demonstrated. This way we could take a closer look and provide further assistance.
