Error while adding form

hello to all
I downloaded  Telerik Ui for windows form trial
when i want to add new form I get the following error:

Hi Amirreza,

Thank you for writing us.

Currently there is an issue with adding a Telerik Scenario in a project sub-folder. We are working on fixing the issue and until the end of this week we will release our VSExtensions.

Some of our customers swapped a normal form into a RadForm as a workaround of the issue.

Please let us know if any further assistance is needed.
