error if i use ThemeAwareBackgroundBehavior

Hi team i want to acheive the background effect as telerik silverlight demo site,
so i use this namespace and apply border
xmlns:telerikQuickStart="clr-namespace:Telerik.Windows.Controls.QuickStart;assembly=Telerik.Windows.Controls"

  <Border telerikQuickStart:ThemeAwareBackgroundBehavior.IsEnabled="True">

   <telerik:Radchart.....

</Border>

i am getting obeject reference..if i remove the border its working fine,how should i remove the error,i want to give background effect like this,
i attached the screen,

The namespace that you are trying to use is part of our QuickStart assembly which we created for the use of our demos.
To use it you'll need to purchase the Developers license with Subscription and Priority Support, so that you'll gain the Source Code download available. You can find further details here.
