Is it possible to load data into the charts, on-demand, as a result of the user panning to the chart's extents?
My requirement is to be able to access millions of data points (in a bar chart), but the user will only see a few hundred on-screen at a time - but they can pan to anywhere in the chart - resulting in more data being downloaded.
How do I achieve this?

The current version of TKChart control does not support this functionality and the panning behaviour has a strong dependency on the zooming function. I logged your requirement as a feature request. We will consider implenenting this feature in one of our future releases. You can vote and follow the item at our feedback portal.
