This is a known issue, which occurs only in the Q2 2012 service pack of Kendo UI. It is already addressed and the fix will be available in the next internal build of Kendo UI, which is available only to paid customers. Please note that the service packs of Kendo UI are also available only to the paid customers too. Here is a possible workaround of the issue.
