Drag and drop cursor

I have implemented row drag and drop in my RadGridView, and that part works great. I would, however, like to use custom cursor that indicates that when the rows are moused over they are draggable, and a different custom cursor when the rows are actually being dragged.

The following article talks about how to implement the custom cursors, but are there events I can tap into for when a GridViewRow is moused over, and when a row drag is in progress?
