double-click in textbox for passing value to Grid and Controller!

i have a CRUD form with window.
after enter textboxs value , data not passing to Grid (Master) and Controller.
then I get an error when saving .

There's a trick
on any text box Double click !
If I double-click, passing value  to  kendo Grid and Controller!
But I can not teach all users,That any value entered,Double click on the text box!

please help me.

Hi Ahmad,

 We do not understand what the problem is based on the provided description and screenshot. Please elaborate. What is the error you are getting? How does your grid configuration look like? We can't really troubleshoot the problem based on a single screenshot.
