Does the kendo grid support multi-header , multi-data low layout?

I attached the table layout that I want.

The Grid supports multi-column headers, i.e. columns grouped under another column: https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/multicolumnheaders

As for the row data this is not supported.
