The API reference for the RadSyntaxEditor control should be available at the following link: Class RadSyntaxEditor.

Can you please try accessing it and let me know if you're not able to do so for any reason? I will be awaiting your reply.

Indeed, as there are some issues with generating the API reference as CHM, the RadSyntaxEditor is not present in this version of the documentation. We're working on resolving this issue in future releases, however, for the time being the newly-introduced API can only be viewed online.
