Disable Resize floating Window

Hi,

a) how can i disable resizing of floating window?
b) Docking to only selected position like top. Don't want left, right, bottom position for floating panel.

Straight to your questions:

a) Unfortunately, this cannot be achieved with the current implementation of the control.
