Kendo UI Core is the free and open-source Kendo UI distribution, released under Apache v2.0 License. It provides access to a limited number of widgets and framework features, and is available in the Kendo UI Core GitHub repository.
The Spreadsheet widget is part of the Kendo UI Professional package. The source code for the widgets that are included in it are distributed as a separate package that is available for licensed users only through the Telerik platform.
