[Solved] DateTimePicker doesn't show button

Hi,
I have just tried to implement the datetimepicker extension, but the image doesn't display.

I have downloaded the code and copied the example directly.  I also watched a video, I have tried the <%= way and just <% and calling .Render();

I have added a reference and added the namespace Telerik.Web.Mvc.UI in the web.config.

Any ideas what I am missing?

When I spin it up in VS, I notice that none of the telerik js files load...so I guess I'm missing something!

Have you registered the required CSS files?

Ahh Hah!!  I knew there would be something!

That isnt in any of the examples I downloaded ... I'll take another look.

Another question...the site seems a little misleading.  Are the asp.net mvc extensions open source and free or are they "pay for", part of the telerik say $999 for the licence ?
