In the existing Win.Forms DateTime you can only set the date. You can set the time also if you specifiy it in the edit field.
However what would be nice would be a control where you could set both the date and the time using some clock control.

Thank you for the suggestion.
We already developed and included this functionality and it will be available to you no later than SP1 release. The DateTimePicker Column will use the base property DataTextFormatString to handle the date/time custom formatting
