There is no data mining code in RadMap. Could you please elaborate more on this feature (if it is a feature) or show us some examples in other products ?

To elaborate, when plotting points on a RadMap, will the map providers be able to save those points and use for marketing or profiling of users?

RadMap provides just a framework for visualization of Map images (downloaded from services or from local storage) and visualization of all kinds of pinpoints / points / lines (shortly said objects) on top of the Images. What you describe, I guess, is typical for big online maps like google, bing which might collect business data from millions of users. Such feature like profiling the user actions on the RadMap is not part of our framework and I doubt we will ever implement one.
