Control panel doesn't allow me to download last version i paid for

     Hello, i'm trying to reinstall my computer, i had a licence until july 2019, when i try to download last versión i paid for there is nothing to donwload, how can i get the las version included in my subscription?

I have reviewed your account and licenses and what I found is that the account that you are writing this ticket from([e-mail]) is not assigned to the Kendo UI + ASP.NET (MVC & Core) license as Developer and this is why you are not seeing anything to download.
