I cannot open Control Panel since it requires an update, as it often does. But now I get that the Control Panel already is installed. And of course it is, I am trying to update it, but installation stops with that message.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This is a temporary issue that will be resolved in the next version soon. To workaround it you have to uninstall Telerik Control Panel manually (from Programs and Features) and install the latest version from Your Account page (LINK). Note that even the latest version will auto update itself (which in fact causes the issue on your side).

Thank you for your answer. My workaround for now is to install the Control Panel from your website. Then it opens; and do not check for updates and closes; and I can download and update our programs to the latest versions.
