I have SQL Express running as default database
I open the demos and click on the following link.
http://localhost:54833/razor/web/menu/modelbinding

I get this error (no details about server and/or database connection are provided):

Basically to be able to run the KendoUI for ASP.NET MVC offline demos you should have installed the SQLExpress server with instance name SQLEXPRESS.
