Class or config to show editable columns

I'm using a Grid with certain columns being editable. Clicking on an editable cell works fine. However, when that cell is not clicked, it's not obvious to the user that the cell may be editable by clicking on it. How can I make the cell look editable for the user?

Hi Steve,

Based on the provided information, I would suggest the following approaches:

• Switch to the "inline" edit mode (if possible):  a button "Edit" appears on each grid row and the user should click on it, in order to edit the chosen row. Here is an example with this configuration: https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/grid/configuration/editable.mode

• You could style the editable grid rows/cells as it is demonstrated in the KB article (and provide a legend near the grid): https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/knowledge-base/style-rows-cells-based-on-data-item-values 
• Include a note on the page stating that the user has to click on a cell in order to edit it.
