Hi Forum,

When I change the DashType of the new Chart for Angular 2.x, the change is not reflected in the legend.

When I change the colour, for instance it's reflected.

Is that the expected behaviour or is it a bug, and could you suggest a fix/workaround for this.

Hello Tsvetelin,

I made an example changing the dashType of the Chart and the type was changed as expected:

Hello Stefan,

excuse me for the poorly formed post, I was in a hurry.
What I meant was that the line-series in the legend should be the same as the line in the chart (not only by colour).
Here is an example.

In this case I expect it to be dashed line.

Hello Tsvetelin,

Thank you for the clarification.

This feature is currently not supported from the Kendo UI Chart. The colour is changed to give better representation in the legend as mismatching colours will create a confusing effect.

Still, I can suggest submitting a feature request and based on its popularity we may implement it in a future release:
